Game Preview
Ohio State will feast on their last cupcake before the Big Ten portion of the schedule begins as they take on Chicago State later today. Tip-off at Value City Arena is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET, and the game will be televised on BTN.
The Cougars, from the Great West Conference, enter today’s match-up with an overall record of 3-11. Their wins have come against NCAA Division III member Concordia (IL) University (81-65), NAIA Division II participant Trinity Christian College (81-67), and Alabama State (67-54). Nine of their first 14 games so far this season have been on the road.
While I could go on and on about this game, I’m stopping here. Today’s contest won’t be close. Ohio State might post triple digits and should win by 50. This is just one of the many reasons Thad Matta needs to up his non-conference scheduling.

Sorry for the technical difficulties. 12:45 left first half: Chicago State 12, Ohio State 10. Not a good start for me and the Buckeyes.
